We helped Google Pixel create organic content for their new US-focused page, bridging the gap between the phone and broader pop culture.
First, we shined light on the NBA 2K League, the pro esports league for NBA 2K. We pulled up to the 2023 Playoffs weekend and got to know a few of the pro gamers competing for a championship ring.
Then, we celebrated WNBA legend Kelsey Plum returning to her second straight Finals with a custom pair of Under Armour kicks inspired by her “Plum Dawg” nickname. We tapped into her dawg mentality with a spiked leash, cerberus-inspired drawing, and a crate-turned-shoebox that barked upon delivery.
Plum Dawg and the Las Vegas Aces went on to win back-to-back championships the next week. Coincidence?
